MOJO is a resort development company on Lombok's South Shore. We build investment properties for foreign buyers who want real returns and a place worth visiting. We started in 2024 and now we are eight projects in.
We lived in Bali for years, long enough to watch it turn into something we didn't recognize. The traffic and the crowds got worse, then the prices stopped making sense for anyone. If you've spent any real time in Bali, you know exactly what we're talking about. Lombok showed up naturally, as we were planning our escape from the island. A few things lined up, we ended up on the South Shore, and the coastline made the argument for us. White sand with nobody on it. Green hills falling straight into the ocean. Quiet in a way Bali hasn't been in decades.
Rimba kicked off MOJO. We knew from day one what we wanted to build and how. Designs that drive bookings. Transparent with investors. Honest about timelines. Serious about what we put up. Seven more projects have followed, each one designed around something the South Shore didn't have yet.
We are three friends who ended up in the right place at the right time and decided to do something with it.
